Payment and Cancellation Policies
Payment must be received in full one week prior to the seminar date.
Cancellation and refund policy: Substitution of participants is permissible--please inform us of the substitute's name within 48 hours of the session. If a registration is cancelled more than 10 days prior to the seminar, the registration fee will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made within 10 days of the seminar date. In the case that any seminar is cancelled by the organizer, participants will be offered an alternate seminar date or a full refund.
